Challenge

Western Union wanted to promote its international money transfer service to the overseas Chinese community.

Solution

We ran an influencer marketing campaign.

We conducted market research to uncover the most relevant influencers on YouTube and Xiaohongshu, both of which are popular with the overseas Chinese community.

We then created content and reached out to the influencers to ask them to publish the content.

The client was so happy with the results that they have now expanded the project to a further platform: WeChat.
